We're the parents, carers and staff behind the fun extras.
The Spring Gardens Primary School PTA is a friendly group of volunteers. We raise money for things the school budget can't stretch to, and we run events that bring families together.
What we do
Throughout the year we organise fairs, discos, quiz nights and bake sales. The money we raise pays for things like:
- Books and reading resources
- Playground and outdoor learning equipment
- Subsidised trips, visitors and workshops
- Treats like ice lollies on sports day and leavers' hoodies
Who can join?
Everyone. Every parent, carer and member of staff at Spring Gardens is automatically part of the PTA. There are no forms and no fees, and you can help as much or as little as you like.
How decisions are made
We meet about once each half term. Together with the school we agree what to fundraise for, so the money goes where it helps the children most.
